Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Senior Creative Operations Lead / SoundCloud, Nov 2021 - Current

Support Marketing and Creative Org by creating frameworks to help teams collaborate more efficiently to drive maximum impact to the business. Including building out workflows + RACI for entire marketing org, budget management and resource allocation for the Creative Studio (Creative + Production), oversees creative development and production on brand campaigns, implementation of Asana and Air (DAM) tools across the org.

Senior Manager, Process Innovations / Away, Feb 2019-April 2020

I currently develop, implement, and optimize cross-functional processes and workflows that allow teams to collaborate more efficiently in bringing a product to market. I act as the connective tissue between teams and manage end-to-end timelines for all product launches at Away - bringing teams together at key milestones to drive a launch forward and provide critical path risk assessments and escalation when needed. Senior Creative Project Manager / Away, April 2018-Feb 2019

Senior Project Manager, Brand Marketing / Paperless Post, 2015-April 2018

Manages projects and communicates cross-functionally to streamline goals and objectives for projects that require design deliverables and brand strategy. Creation and management of campaign and workflow timelines aligned with strategic priorities based on metrics, user behavior and goals for each quarter. Acts as daily liaison between creatives and stakeholders to update and complete projects on time, problem-solving any potential roadblocks along the way. Production management of all digital + print deliverables. Works with product teams to determine and maintain visual identity across multiple platforms. Budget management + handles negotiations with any agencies, vendors, and contractors. Defines and develops systems for continual improvement of workflow, file management, process and guidelines for maximum efficiency.

Reported to Head of Brand Strategy and Communications. Some projects managed: Holiday 2016 campaign, Charlotte Olympia, Cabana Magazine, Wedding 2017, New User Homepage education, built integrated marketing calendar for business team alignment across channels from goal to execution. Facilitated use and onboarding of entire company to managing tool, Asana.

Production and Brand Design / Paperless Post, 2013-15

Brand projects worked on: All front-end marketing materials including promos, carousels, landing pages, responsive experiences, emails, social media assets, ad units and press boxes. Print and branding materials such as lockups, booklets, one sheets, style guides, inserts, recruiting cards and catalog. Explored and set styles used for marketing assets. Styled and managed in-house photo shoots and directed concepts for off-site photo shoots on set. Ensured the quality of image on @paperlesspost instagram and blog.paperlesspost.com. Built the processes and workflows for the creative team with day-to-day management of design deliverables.

Production projects worked on: designed cards for the Paperless Post collection as well as designed full partner collections including the Kelly Wearstler Wedding collection, Jonathan Adler Summer and Holiday collections, Hannah Berman, Julia Rothman, Baron von Fancy, and Petit Bateau launch collections. Uploaded all assets to the CMS (Content Management System) and ensured the quality of production in existing cards/assets on paperlesspost.com. Onboarded new production designers and graphic designers on the processes and protocols in place.

Design and Production Manager / Charmed Events Group, 2010-2013

Designed full wedding suites as well as all day-of paper goods for clients of Charmed Events Group. Worked closely with clients to create custom designs that were uniquely theirs. Oversaw the production of all design items: from design, print to assembly. Worked closely with printing press to ensure quality of items. Designed all brand + marketing materials including: promos (online + paper), UI/UX for website and blog.  Managed day-to-day office needs and calendars. Assisted in the set up and breakdown of many events as well as kept event timeline in motion as well as running a few events as lead planner on site.
